my money story

Money Coach

I didn’t have money conversations growing up. I developed unhealthy habits by watching others and being tight lipped about my finances which meant that I never reached out for help. Living in debt was a common theme around me. So, when I left the “nest” I was smacked hard with credit card debt, collection letters and having negative bank account balances on payday.

My turning point came in 2017. I still had work to do on my finances but I’d matured. The wind was taken from my sails when I applied for a mortgage and was DENIED. How dare they? My credit score was 700+! I had a stable job! I got a money mentor and my life changed.

In less than a year I went from receiving that mortgage denial and no money in my savings account to purchasing a home, increasing my credit score and 401k contributions, paying off a maxed-out credit card, having shares in 20+ companies, diversifying my 401k and building a solid stash of savings. I learned a lot in a short amount of time and found purpose in helping people who look like me create better financial habits for now and for the future.

I know that money coaching is life changing because I lived it. I don’t give theories to my clients. I coach from experiences and proven practices.

With a money coach on your side, you can undo your financial missteps. You don’t need to be ashamed. You don’t have to beat yourself up. You deserve an abundant life free of financial stress. If you’re ready to have it, fill out my new client application and let’s get to work!
